All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, including the Bible Box, mugs, or other merchandise.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically dispatched within 7-10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). If stock is unavailable, in-stock items will be shipped immediately, and backordered items will follow once available.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping is collected with your order and is non-refundable.

Delivery Times

• Domestic shipments usually arrive in 2–8 days.

• Transit times may be affected by high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen events.

• Tracking notifications will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Special Shipping Instructions

• P.O. Box addresses: shipped via USPS only.

• Military addresses: shipped via USPS only.

• Change of delivery address: possible before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
