Refund Policy

God’s Way Foundation (“GWF”) is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or exchanges may be requested for purchases made through www.godswayfoundation.org. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Our refund policy applies for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
     

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
     

  • You must contact us to authorize the return before sending the item back.
     

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
     

  • Intimate, sanitary, or personal care items.
     

  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances.
     

  • Books showing signs of use (e.g., bent pages, markings).
     

  • Branded merchandise that has been worn, washed, or altered.

2. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use.
     

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
     

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at godswayfoundationinc@gmail.com or (800) 509-9708 to authorize your return.
     

  2. Once authorized, mail the item to:

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
     

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.

  3. If the issue persists, reach out to us at godswayfoundationinc@gmail.com or (800) 509-9708.

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item:

  • Contact us at godswayfoundationinc@gmail.com or (800) 509-9708 to authorize the exchange.

  • Mail the item to the address above, following the same shipping guidelines as returns.

  • If approved, we will send a replacement item, with GWF covering the shipping cost for the replacement.

6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges. Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

7. Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift:

  • For items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the return value, which will be mailed to you as a gift certificate upon approval.

  • For items not marked as gifts, or shipped to the gift giver for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

8. Donations

​Donations made to GWF are generally non-refundable, as they support our mission-driven programs. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., processing errors), contact us within 30 days to discuss potential refunds, subject to our discretion and applicable laws.
