Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

• Book with obvious signs of use
• CD, DVD or software that has been opened
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Clothing
If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed or worn, and is in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. We will invoice you for shipping the return item after we have received back the item you are exchanging.

Due to the nature of our business, any returns for a full refund (less shipping and handling) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

God's Way Foundation ("we" and "us") is the operator of (godswayfoundation.org). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
 

General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but at times there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.


Delivery Terms

Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 8 days.

Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our organization operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the organization will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.


Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.


P.O. Box Shipping
God's Way Foundation will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

Duties & Taxes
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
